50 mL sample vessels can be placed on the two outer rings (11 mL
sample vessels on the two inner rings).
Arrangement: Place on the outer of the two rings alternately "Intercept
solution" and sample solution, on the inner of the two rings the rinsing
solution.
Example for an arrangement with 7 samples:
⇒ With 50 mL sample vessels: first sample on position 1, first rinsing
solution on position 29:
- report header with instrument ID and program version
- method name
- number of samples (e. g. entire rack)
- initialize all Remote lines
- approach first sample
- remote start of the 797 VA Computrace
- wait for advance signal of the 797 VA Computrace
- approach sample
- run lift and needle to work position
- transfer sample with peristaltic pump
- set Remote line: sample transfer ready
- approach rinsing vessel
- run needle to work position
- aspirate rinsing solution
- wait for advance signal of the 797 VA Computrace
- rinse needle and transfer tubing
- set Remote line: needle cleaning ready
