Lift the new desiccant wheel into the dryer frame, being sure it is oriented
properly. To verify the correct orientation, ensure that the regeneration air inlet is
positioned closest to the regeneration heater tube. DO NOT bolt into place at this
time.

Lift the aftercooler assembly into the dryer frame and bolt it to the frame using the
four bolts you removed earlier.

Verify position of the desiccant wheel assembly and bolt it in place.

If the aftercooler is being used, reconnect the water lines.

Reconnect or reinstall all hoses, RTDs, and wiring connections.

Bolt the top cover in place.

NOTE: If your dryer is configured with a hard pipe kit, re-connect the hard piping to the top of the
dryer at this time.

Connect the power to the dryer and start it. Ensure that the desiccant wheel as-
sembly rotates in the correct direction.

Replace all upper and lower side panels.
