Cause
Fan is defective
Filter mat is dirty
Cause
The main contactor gets stuck.
Auxiliary contact faulty
Wrong type of contactor
Cause
The main contactor gets stuck. The EVSE-
controller triggers the circuit breaker for safety
reasons.
Loose connections on the auxiliary contact
wiring.
Circuit breaker defective
Circuit breaker has tripped.
Circuit breaker trips again after reset (< 2 s).
7.2 Service technician faults
Solution
Replace the defective fan.
Change the filter mats.
Solution
Replace the main contactor.
Check the auxiliary contact.
Replace the auxiliary contact if neces-
sary.
Check whether the correct type of con-
tactor is installed. For example, a DC
contactor has been replaced by an AC
contactor.
Solution
Replace the main contactor.
Check the wiring between the main
contactor auxiliary contact and the
EVSE-controller.
Tighten the terminal points.
Check the circuit breaker. Replace the
circuit breaker if necessary.
Check the circuit breaker and reset it.
