Solution
Status message when you are logged in.

Select the charging point. Follow the
instructions on the display.

Disconnect the charging cable and recon-
nect it.
Check that the plug is not soiled (e.g. due
to snow or icing).
Check the locking mechanism (or control-
ler).
Carefully plug the charging cable into the
socket.
Disconnect the cable again.
Check the locking mechanism (or EVSE
controller).

Check whether the vehicle cannot be
charged because of the temperature (too
hot or too cold).
Check the cable and vehicle for faults.
