4.2 Preparation before assembly

Foundation
Prepare the foundation according to the "foundation and reinforcement plan" of the
respective installation type.
The "Foundation and reinforcement plan" for your system type can be found in section
Preparation before assembly (Page 26).
Set the foundation according to the planning guidelines. Equip the foundation with electrical
connections.
The foundation requirements are based on generally accepted data on the site and the wind
force that will hit the surface (inland wind load zone 3). Adjust the foundation if there are
different requirements at a location. The customer is responsible for the correct dimensions
of a foundation.
4.2 Preparation before assembly
Requirements
• Follow country-specific statutory installation requirements.
• Prepare and position the concrete foundation according to the "foundation and
reinforcement plan" of the respective installation type.
– Foundation and reinforcement plan for standard version
– Foundation and reinforcement plan for option: HAK
• Anchor the four segment anchor rods or the mounting plate in the concrete foundation
according to the "Foundation and reinforcement plan" of the system type. Do not damage
the threads. Alternatively, prepare the fastening for installation according to the
dimensions of the "Foundation and reinforcement plan".
• The power supply connection is available. At least 60 cm of cable is required for
installation above the top of the concrete foundation.
• All power supply connections are de-energized and secured against unintentional
reconnection.
