5.2.5 PUMP FUNCTION

Continuous working of the pump throughout the period for which the machine is to be used, allows better performance
due to fluidization of the oil.
The pump is started when the sealing temperature is reached, indicated on the thermostat display and at the end of the
machine programming phase.

5.3 ALARM SIGNALS AND WARNINGS

SIGNALS
Total number of cycles performed. Both the control versions have an indicator that signals the total number of cycles
performed by the machine, so as to indicate the remaining cycles before the pump oil must be replaced.
Serial number. The serial number of the machine can be displayed in the VGP25N version.
Installed software release. The software release of the machine is displayed upon start-up in the VGP25N version.
This allows you to evaluate the possibility of upgrading to updates released after the year of manufacture of your machine.
ALARM WARNINGS
As described in Chap. 2, the machines are equipped with several safety devices. ORVED constantly researches the highest
safety standards for its machines and has integrated a few in addition to those required by applicable Standards, in order
to safeguard the user, the machine and its most sensitive components.
The following abnormal conditions are signalled visually and acoustically in all control panel versions:
a) Overheating of the pump or transformer: the machine visually and acoustically signals the anomaly and interrupts
the cycle in progress.
b) Pump oil replacement alarm: once the maximum number of cycles, expected for normal use of the installed pump,
is reached, an alarm is displayed for the oil to be replaced.
c) Gas Alarm: it advice the user of insufficient pressure in gas injection.
