Cooling fan loosened and malfunctioning.
Connection rod deformation has made
piston and cylinder bushing side wear.
Cylinder or piston or piston ring is worn
to make a space between cylinder and
crankcase.
Crankshaft main bearing burned out.
Piston, piston ring or cylinder is worn.
Connection rod or piston pin and piston
pin hole are worn.
Crankshaft main neck is worn.
Piston ring is broken.
Too much carbon deposit in combusting
chamber.
Insufficient electrode clearance of spark
plug.
Improper valve clearance.
Fly wheel is not connected with crankshaft
tightly.
sOlUTION
Fill oil to proper level.
Clean exhaust pipe.
Repair damaged part.
Clean cooling fins.
Reinstall properly.
Replace connection rod.
Replace the worn parts.
Replace main bearing.
Replace the worn part.
Replace the worn part.
Replace the worn bearing.
Replace piston ring.
Clear away carbon deposit.
Adjust electrode clearance properly.
Readjust valve clearance properly.
Tighten.
