7 Troubleshooting

7.1 Module does not move?

Possible cause
Compressed air is missing
Pneumatically connected incorrectly

7.2 End position signal not present

Possible cause
Initiator to stop inaccurately adjusted
Defective initiator
Cable breakage.

7.3 Linear module proposes at the end positions

Possible cause
Damping wrong adjustet.
Shock absorber defective.
Stroke speed too high.

7.4 Payload swings in the final position

Possible cause
Stroke speed too high.
Bad damping.
Unfavorable installation.
Unfavorable CLM - Type.

Corrective action
Check air compression
Check the air supply
Corrective action
Readjust the initiator
Exchange the initiator
Replace the initiation cable
