1985 Chevrolet Citation
Radio Removal:
1. Remove the the two screws from the steering column trim panel.
2. Carefully pull the panel down and remove the two bolts which secure the bottom of the radio/instrument
trim panel.
3. Remove the six screws from the dash trim panel.
4. Place the gear shift lever in the low position and pull the trim panel away from the dash.
5. Disconnect the wiring
harnesses and remove "C1" BRACKET

6. Remove the four bolts

to the dashboard, pull
the radio out of the
cavity, disconnect the
wiring harnesses and
remove the radio.

USE THE SHADED BRACKETS & THE INDICATED HOLE LOCATIONS. CUT OFF THE REMAINING BRACKETS AND DISCARD.

Radio Removal:
1. Remove the two screws above the A/C ducts (center console), and one screw on each side of the A/C
controls.
2. Extract the two screws from between the right side of the dash console and the pad, then remove the
single screw from the left side of the dash console.
3. Remove the dash
console trim panel.

4. Remove the four

screws from the USA
ABERTURA
radio brackets, pull
NO. 3
the radio out of the
cavity, disconnect
the antenna,
speaker leads and
all the electrical
connections, then
"A2" BRACKET
remove the radio.

Radio Removal:
1. Remove the four T-15 TORX screws from the driver's lower knee bolster.
2. Pull on the radio dash bezel to release the spring clips and
remove.
