6. Engine runs on
CAUSE
•
One of the semi-automatic fuses in the junction box has
tripped (position 5 in the engine wiring diagram)
•
Poor contact/breaks in connections and electrical cables
•
Faulty stop button
•
Faulty stop solenoid/fuel shut off valve
Adjust pump setting.
Overhaul smoke limiter.
Fit new pressure line
Replace diaphragm in smoke limiter.
Adjust smoke limiter setting.
Check that the stop lever is in full operating position.
REMEDY
Reset the fuse by pressing the button.
Rectify any open-circuits/loose connections. Check for oxi-
dation on the contacts. Clean them and spray with damp-
inhibitor spray. See "Wiring diagrams".
Replace stop button.
Check, replace Stop solenoid/Fuel shut off valve.
