KNOWING YOUR DESIGN ESPRESSO MACHINE BASIC

1 HEATED WARMING PLATE for pre-heating and keeping
warm heat-resistant cups and glasses.
2 TEMPERATURE GAUGE - Use this measuring device for
checking the correct temperature.
3 STEAM BUTTON - Pressing this button toggles to the steam
function (button stays pressed).
4 ESPRESSO BUTTON - Press here for extracting espresso or
getting hot water (button stays pressed).
5 POWER BUTTON - For switching the espresso machine on
and off.
6 STEAM DIAL - Turn this dial for selecting the hot water flow or
controlling the steam function.
7 ESPRESSO INDICATOR (GREEN) - The correct extraction
temperature is reached, when this indicator illuminates.

8 POWER INDICATOR (RED) - Illuminated, when the machi-
ne is switched on.
9 STEAM INDICATOR (YELLOW) - Illuminates, when the
water system is ready for giving off steam.
