C: Place 1 (022) Side Tie along the bottom of each Side Wall so they are level and flush to the bottom of the (021)
Panel Assembly. Attach using 4 (S15) #8 x 1-3/4" Wood Screws per board. (fig. 2.3, 2.4, 2.5)
