Enter CF drive letter
The mkbootrmd.bat file does not verify the drive assignment; it is
possible to format your C:\ drive.
9 Enter the drive letter assigned to the RMD drive on your PC. A prompt
appears, requesting that the new RMD be inserted into the RMD drive.
