Creating a root certificate
To create a root certificate, click on the "Certificates" tab and open the following dialog box by clicking "New
Certificate".

First, change the Signature algorithm to MD5 so that the certificate is compatible with the mbNET. Then you can
go straight to the "Subject" tab and create the certificate.
