section 1 : HORIZONTAL STABILIZER

Pull the elevators out of
the horizontal stabilizer.
Cut away the covering on
both sides as shown to
allow the stabilizer to slide
through the fuselage

Trial fit the horizontal stabilizer and check the alignment.
When you are satisfied that it is properly aligned use a
pencil to trace around the top and bottom of the stabilizer
where it meets the fuselage.

Cut two slots (only in the covering) on
the top and along the trailing edge of
the horizontal stabilizer.
