Channel Identification Rings
When multiple probes are connected to the oscilloscope, use the channel
identification rings to associate the channel inputs with each probe. Place one
colored ring near the probe's channel connector and place an identical color ring
near the probe head. The channel identifications rings are shown in
Case"
To Clean the Probe
Disconnect the probe from the oscilloscope and clean the probe with a soft cloth
dampened with a mild soap and water solution. Make sure that the probe is
completely dry before reconnecting it to an oscilloscope.
