Connecting the BGA Probe to a Logic Analyzer

The E5384A and E5826/7A adapter cables are used with the W2630 Series BGA probe to connect
the probe to the logic analyzer.

Please ensure that the wings on the BGA probe are properly latched to the ZIF connectors on the
NOTE
E5384A and E5826/7A adapter cables. The ZIF connectors can withstand up to 50 cycles of
insertions. Please handle the probe with care.

Logic Analyzer Channel Mapping

The following tables show where each signal appears on the logic analyzer. The signals are
automatically configured when you load one of the configuration files supplied with the Keysight
B4621A decoder.
