Commissioning, inspection, maintenance
Filling the gas condensing module and heating...
01. Check the pre-charge pressure of the on-site dia-
phragm expansion vessel. See page 77.
02. Close the gas shut-off valve.
03. Close shut-off valves
water side.
04. Open shut-off valves
heating water side.
05. Connect the supplied short fill hose to fill connec-
tion G on shut-off valve
06. Connect the drain hose to air vent valve
shut-off valve .

Note
If the control unit has not been switched on prior to
filling the system, the servomotor of the diverter
valve will still be in its central position. The system
will then be completely filled.
If the control unit has been switched on prior to fill-
ing, move the diverter valve to its central position
via an actuator test. DHW 3-way valve in the fuel
cell module group (see page 98). For this, turn
on the ON/OFF switch (see page 58) and place
the fuel cell module in maintenance mode (see
page 64).

08. Fill with water until no more air escapes from air
vent valve H .
09. When fill water runs out without bubbles, fully
open shut-off valve
DHW 3-way valve into the heating position for 20 s
(see page 98). Then return it to the central posi-
tion.
10. Switch the control unit ON and activate the filling
program. See commissioning assistant or follow-
ing chapter.
11. Vent heating circuits by bleeding the radiators.
12. End the filling program (see following chapter).
13. Adjust the charge pressure by slowly closing
valves G and H
the display or on-site pressure gauge.
■ Min. operating pressure 1.0 bar (0.1 MPa).
■ Permissible operating pressure 3.0 bar
(0.3 MPa).
14. Remove the fill and drain hoses.
15. If necessary, re-bleed the heating system. See
page 58.
