2. If necessary, correct the position of the flue gas
temperature sensor (bayonet fitting) or replace the
faulty flue gas temperature sensor. Check for leaks
on the flue gas side.

Note
During and after removal, small amounts of water may
trickle from the plate heat exchanger.

1. Shut off and drain the appliance on the heating
water and DHW (loading cylinder) sides. See
page 127.
2. Pivot the control unit forwards. See page 34.
3. Undo 2 screws

Note

3. Reset the burner and re-start.
The check is repeated until it is completed suc-
cessfully.
4. Remove thermal insulation
5. Check the connections on the heating water and
DHW sides for contamination and scaling; replace
the plate heat exchanger if necessary.
6. Install in reverse order using new gaskets.
