Analog Input

CAUTION: Power must be turned off before connecting the external remote
!
control cable to prevent damage to the drive.
The REGLO supports and controls analog input using suitable equipment through the pump drive's DB-25
female connection port. Analog input can be used in place of, or in addition to, MasterflexLive™.

General Preparation:
• Confirm the correct tubing has been selected and is properly loaded into the pump drive (for further

• Confirm all fluids and containers are ready.
• Confirm that the tubing has been calibrated by checking that Calibration Complete
Remote Mode Edit screen (for further information see
• If required, prime the pump before operation (for further information see
page 3-7).
• Confirm that the pump drive is connected to the appropriate equipment through the drive's DB-25
female connection port.
To operate analog control and monitoring:
1. Tap REMOTE from the Mode Selection screen. The Remote Mode Run screen will be displayed.
2. Tap EDIT
3. Tap the desired analog input type from the available list.
4. If using either ANALOG: VOLTAGE or ANALOG: CURRENT:
a. Select the desired current or voltage operating range from the available list.
b. Tap CONFIRM
NOTE:
• While the pump is operating the Remote Mode Run screen will be displayed on the pump drive's
touchscreen and local touchscreen control will be unavailable, with the exception of STOP
LOCK
• Tap STOP
the pump operation. NOTE: If locked, the screen will need to be unlocked before the pump operation
can be stopped.
• To lock the screen: Press and hold UNLOCKED
