19) Adjusting the deep thread (- 00, - 02 Model)
A. The deep thread should be protruded some 4mm from the
throat plate hole when sewing begins. The length of the
loose deep thread is determined by the deep thread
guide(Ass' y)①.
B. The motion of the deep thread guide(Ass' y) is determined
by the stopper screw②. When the screw② is fastened
inward, the loose deep thread becomes longer. When the
screw② is fastened outward, the loose deep thread
becomes shorter.

20) Adjusting the upper thread holder

A. Back and front position adjustment of the thread holder
(1) Loosen the nut① and set the distance between the upper thread holder support base② and the upper thread holder
cylinder base③ at 6mm. When adjustment is complete, fasten the nut①.
(2) Loosen the tightening screw④ for the upper thread holder base supporting bracket and adjust the distance between the
needle⑤ and the end of the thread holder⑥ at 7-8mm. When adjustment is complete, fasten the screw④.
