[Function] Execute power-off sequence

[Description] • Executes the printer power-off sequence and transmits the power-off notice.
• Stores the values of the maintenance counter.
• Sets the interface to BUSY.
• Sets the printer to standby mode.
[Note] Take the following into consideration:
• If the received data includes a data string matching this command, the printer
performs the command.
