Actuate the brake lever (7) and hold it there.

Push locking pin (arrow) 4130 893 7800 through the
N
holding-down clamp (10) as far as it will go. The brake
lever underneath the holding-down clamp (10) will be
immobilized.
Release the brake lever (7).
N
Remove the V belt (5).
N
Actuate the brake lever (7) and hold it there.
N
Remove locking pin (arrow) 4130 893 7800.
N
Slowly release brake lever (7).

Installing the rear V belt

If the front V belt (6) is removed: Install front V belt (6),

Actuate the brake lever (7) and hold it there.

Push locking pin (arrow) 4130 893 7800 through the
N
holding-down clamp (10) as far as it will go. The brake
lever underneath the holding-down clamp (10) will be
immobilized.
Release the brake lever (7).
N
Mount V belt (5) starting on the clutch drum.
N
Once the V belt is mounted, turn the front belt pulley
N
3 turns.
Slowly undo the nut (8). The V belt (5) is tensioned.
N
Turn the center belt pulley 3 turns. The tension is
N
evenly distributed.
