Block belt pulley (35) with locking pin (arrow)

4130 893 7800.
Unscrew the nut (33) (left-hand thread).
N
Remove washer (34).
N
Remove locking pin (arrow) 4130 893 7800.
N
Pull off the belt pulley (35).
N
10.3.2 Installing the front belt pulley
Push on the belt pulley (35).
N
Block belt pulley (35) with locking pin (arrow)
N
4130 893 7800.
Slide on the washer (34).
N
Screw on and tighten 40 Nm / 354 lbf. in.) nut (33) for
N
pre-tensioning (left-hand thread).
Unscrew the nut (33) (left-hand thread).
N
Wet the thread of the shaft with Loctite 270 thread-
N
locking adhesive (thread-locking adhesive, high
strength) - 0786 111 2109.
Screw on and tighten 40 Nm / 354 lbf. in.) nut (33) for
N
pre-tensioning. (Left-hand thread)
Remove locking pin (arrow) 4130 893 7800.
