Remove locking pin (arrow) 4130 893 7800.

Pull off the belt pulley (6).

Installing the front belt pulley

Push on the belt pulley (6).

Block belt pulley (6) with locking pin (arrow)
N
4130 893 7800.
Slide on the washer (5).
N
Screw on and tighten nut (4) (40 Nm / 354 lbf. in.) for
N
pre-tensioning (left-hand thread).
Unscrew the nut (4) (left-hand thread).
N
Coat thread of the shaft with thread-locking adhesive.
N
Screw on and tighten nut (4) (40 Nm / 354 lbf. in.)
N
(Left-hand thread)
Remove locking pin (arrow) 4130 893 7800.
N
Install the front V belt, @ 4.5.
N
Install the rear V belt, @ 4.3.
N
Attach starter cover with rewind starter, @ 4.3.
N
Fit guard, @ 4.3.
