The assignment of the channels with the Force, Fail safe and
Idle parameters is identical to the assignment of the para
meters of the EDS file.
The first word receives the lowest instance number of the
relevant object. The second word receives the second lowest
instance number etc.
Further instructions on assigning the Force, Fail safe and Idle
parameters can be found in section B.2.2.
