Description For each module the monitoring of the possible faults can be activated or
deactivated (suppressed) independently of each other. Active monitoring causes
the following: The fault is:
Bit 00: Short circuit/overload in sensor supply
01: Short circuit/overload in the actuator supply
02 ... 06: Reserved
07: Parameterisation fault
Note Monitoring can also be set for the complete CPX terminal (see system parameter
Monitoring").
