OPERATION

General safety regulations for the operation of the equipment can be found on seccion
1. Read through before you start using the equipment!
5.1 Connections and control devices Origo 4004 iMV
5.1.1 Front panel
1) Control panel cover - to access the control panel A44 or drawer for storage of
accessories.
2) Mains power supply switch - to energize/de-energize the power source. The "0"
relates to the power off and position "1" relates to the power on.
3) Positive terminal: for connecting welding or return cables. The output to which the
welding cable is connected depends on the welding method or type of electrode used.
4) Negative terminal: for connecting welding or return cables. The output to which the
welding cable is connected depends on the welding method or type of electrode used.
5) Led source energized - lights when the equipment is energized.
6) Overtemperature LED indicator - when the equipment is overheated the LED lights
and welding operation is interrupted (the cooling fans continue to run), when the power
source returns to the level of temperature for safe operation, the LED turns off and the
operation can be resumed.
7) Socket for wire feeder control cable.
