振 動 盤組 細部調 整
1. 振 動 盤 面 僅 用 一 顆固 定 螺絲
發現 振 動 盤 面 有異 聲時 ， 應先 檢查 此螺
絲是否 有鬆脫 ，且 振 動盤 面 不可 與 送釦
機台 面直接 接觸， 兩 者 間隙 為1mm。
2. 撥 釦板調整。 鈕 釦 頂部 與撥 釦板 、 、
的適 當間隙 為鈕釦 的1.3倍 左 右， 調 整時
需 將螺 絲 、 鬆 開， 上 或 下的 移 動 撥
釦 板，完成 後鎖 回螺 絲 。(圖25)

the vibration plate. If there is weird sound
from the vibration plate, please check if the
screw is loosening or not. The vibration plate
cannot touch the feeding machine directly.
There should be 1mm gap between them.
2. Adjust the stopper: The gap between the top
of button and the stopper
of the height of the button. Before adjusting,
loosen screw
up and down. After adjusting, fasten the
screw. (Fig 25)
