拉線鬆緊度調整
拉 線強弱必須 根據 :
1 . 車縫 布料種類
2 . 料質 厚薄
3 . 線
4 . 縫距
等 不同而做調 整，將控制鈕順時鐘方 向旋轉
時 ，線越緊， 反之則越鬆。( 圖 1 6)
針線挑線桿之調整
1. 轉 動手輪使針棒位 於最低 位置時，針 線 控
桿搖臂①的上邊必須成水平，必要時放鬆螺
絲④調整之。( 圖 17)
2. 將 螺絲②鬆開，調整 A、B 兩點的距離約
75mm 再鎖緊。
註：
欲將針線調鬆時，將挑線桿③向左方向移
動。
欲將針線調緊時，將挑線桿③向右方向移
動。
3. 上叉挑線桿⑤不要調動。

ADJUST THREAD TENSION

The tension of the threa d should be
adjust ed acc ording to:
1.The mat erial type
2.The t hickness of the fabric being
sewed;
3.The t hread;
4.The stit ch length.
I f you turn the threa d tension knob
c lockwise,t hread will be tight er.If you
t urn it counter-clockwise, will be losser.

ADJUSTING NEEDLE THREAD
TAKE-UP
1.When turning the p ulley and make the
needle ba r in the lowest p osition,t he
top ed ge of the needle t hread t a ke-
up ① should remain horizontal.
To adjust the position of the take-up if
necessary,loosen the screw ④ .(Fig.17)
2.Loose n sc rew ② to adjust the length
between point A and B to be about 75mm ,
then fasten it tightly.
Note:
To loosen the needle thread , turn the
needle thread take up ③ toward the left.
To tighten the needle thread,turn the
needle thread take up ③ toward the right.
3.Do not move the spreader thread take-
up ⑤ when making above adjustments.
