馬達與皮帶
1. 離 合器 馬達 1/ 2 馬力 ( 或 4 00 瓦 )，3 相
2 極 M 番 V 型皮帶 。
2 . 馬達位置之安裝 必須是機器皮帶輪與 馬 達
皮帶輪的 中心線必須為一直線。
穿線方法
請確 實按 照圖示 各種不同縫合情況 穿線， 錯
誤之 穿線 將引起 斷線、跳針及車縫 不平坦 等
現象 ，請 參照穿 線圖。( 圖 2 0)
拉線鬆緊度調整
拉線 強弱必須根據 :
1. 車縫布料 種類
2. 料質厚薄
3. 線
4. 縫距
等不 同而做調整 ，將控制鈕順時鐘方向旋 轉
時 ，線越緊 ，反 之則越鬆。( 圖 20 )

THREADING
Follow t he p roced ures shown in
F ig.20 for threading .Wrong thread ing
ma y cause threa d breaking ,stitch
skipping,puc kering or unexp ected
sewing. Please refer to THREADING
drawing f or more details.
