3.選釦 器 調 整 。 選釦 器
釦的 正 反 面 與排除鈕 釦 堆疊 的 發生。 只
有翻 正 的 鈕釦 可以 通過； 沒有翻 正 的鈕
釦就 會 掉 落 至 盤底而 重新篩 選 。調 整選
釦器 的 方法：鬆開 兩顆 手 鈕
鈕 向右時 逆時針 旋轉 ， 鋸齒 板
前 移 動 ； 反 之向 移動。 調 整到 可 以 全部
篩選 至 正 面 為止。完 成後 將 兩 顆螺絲
鎖緊 ， 並 將 旋 轉鈕
沒有 完 成鎖緊， 則 振 動盤組 會發出 刺
耳 異 聲(共振)。 原則 上 限高 器
時機 是 在 較 薄或較 厚的 鈕 釦， 調 整限 高
器 的方 法 ：將螺 絲
上 或 向 下 調 整高 度，確 定後 再將 螺 絲
鎖 回 。(圖25)
4.鈕 扣放 置 數 量建 議：
小 鈕 釦( 8mm~16mm)：1000顆
大鈕 釦( 16mm~25mm)：150顆

3 Adjust the button selection device: The
.
function of device is to select the side of
button and avoid overloading. Only the
positive side can pass; those negative
sides of buttons will fall down to the bottom
and restart selecting. Adjust the button
selection device : Loosen two knobs
turn the knob counter clock wise, and
move the serrated plate
until it can select all the positive sides of
buttons. Then, fasten two screw
fasten the knob . If the knob
fastened completely, the vibration plate will
sound piercingly (Resonance). Basically,
the timing of adjusting the limit device
when selecting the thinner or thicker
buttons. The way to adjust the limit device
: Loosen screw , adjust screw
