鈕 釦 夾 爪的 位置
1.打 開電 源 。
2.按
鍵,壓腳 裝 置 移 動到原 點 位 置,然 後
上 升 。
3.把鈕釦 放 入 鈕 釦 夾爪
4.半 踩 踏 板,壓腳 裝 置固定 在下面 在 進 行調
整。
5.轉動手 輪,確認 機針 中心是 否 在鈕 釦中 心
點。 確認 原 點位置 。
6.如 果 機針 沒有再 鈕釦 中心 時,鬆 開 鈕釦 夾
爪安裝 台固 定螺絲
7.調 整後,請確 認圖 案形 狀 。用 圖形 單 步驟
模擬功 能,確認 是否機 針落在 鈕釦孔 中 。

POSITION OF BUTTON CLAMP

1.Turn on the power.
2.Press the key and move the presser
device to the initial position and rise up.
3.Put the button on the button clamp
4.Step half the pedal, have the presser device
under it and adjust.
5.Turn the hand wheel to ensure if the needle's
center is on the button's center.
6.If the needle is not at the center of the
button, loosen the screw
adjust.
7.After adjusting, please affirm the button's
pattern. Ensure the needle drops in the hole
of the button by the mock function.(Fig.14)
