3.2.5 Alarm Setting

When the measurement values exceed the set upper or lower limit, the instrument detects
it to display the notice on the screen or to output the signal from the external output
terminal.
If the measurement values exceed the alarm range, the color of the pertinent channel
"CH" is changes on the MEAS screen.
Set the upper limit alarm to ON for the upper limit control of measurement value.
Set the lower limit alarm to ON for the lower limit control of measurement value.
