H.R.C. - Heart Rate Controlled Programs

WARNING
Your training equipment is not a medical device. The heart rate measurement of this equipment
may be inaccurate. Various factors can affect the accuracy of the heart rate measurement. The
heart rate measurement serves only as a training aid.
1.
Hold RESET for three seconds, select user and enter data. Alternatively, press RESET to return to
the main menu.
2.
Select the HRC mode with +/- buttons and confirm with MODE (see fig. 39).
3.
Select different heart rates from 55% / 75% / 90% / or target heart rate with +/- buttons (figure
40-43). The geart rate value will be different depending on the setting of age.
4.
If you select target heart rate, you must enter your target heart rate with the +/- buttons.
5.
Enter TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and target PULSE values. Confirm with MODE (see fig. 44-46).
6.
Press START to begin the training. Load level adjusts to your current heart rate.
7.
Press STOP to stop the training. Press RESET to return to the main menu or hold for three seconds
to get to the standby mode.
