    WORKOUT INSTRUCTIONS Heart-rate measuring Pulse measuring via hand sensors The hand sensors integrated in the handles allow you to determine your heart rate. You can measure your heart rate by lightly grasping the sensors with both hands at the same time. Blood pressure changes occur due to the heartbeat. The sensors measure the changes to the electric skin resistance caused by it.
