Troubleshooting table
Problem

The control display
for the dishwasher
salt is displayed al-
though dishwasher
salt has been refilled.

Possible cause
The dishwasher salt is
clumpy.
There is a kink in the in-
let hose.
The water tap is not
properly turned on.
The filters are blocked. Clean the filters (see „Cleaning the filters"
The outlet hose is
kinked, has been ex-
tended or is hanging too
high up/too low.
The door seal is defec-
tive.
The outlet hose or the
inlet hose is defective.
The rinse aid is incor-
rectly dosed.
There is no dishwasher
salt.
The dishwasher salt is
clumpy.
The dishwasher can
only be operated when
the door is closed.
Solution
Stir the dishwasher salt using the end of a
spoon or similar.
Lay out the inlet hose in such a manner that
it is not kinked.
Turn the water tap on completely.

Lay out the outlet hose in the proper man-
ner (see „Having the outlet hose connect-
ed" on page EN-22).
Have the door seal replaced(see „Service
department" on page EN-30).
Have the defective hose replaced(see
„Service department" on page EN-30).
Adjust the dispensed dose (see „Adding
rinse aid" on page EN-11).
Add dishwasher salt (see „Adding dish-
washer salt" on page EN-11).
Stir the dishwasher salt using the end of a
spoon or similar.
Close the door.
