If yousetthis switchOFF,a separateline-feedcodeis requiredfromyour
computerto obtaina line feed.
If you set this switchON,the printerperformsboth a carriagereturnand
line feed each time it receivesa carriage-return code.
Mostcomputersystemssenda linefeedcode,orbotha carriagereturnand
line feed, at the end of each line, so this switchshouldbe left OFF.
If you get doublelinespacingwhenyouexpectsinglespacing,or if lines
overprinteach other,try changingthe settingof this switch.
Auto CarriageReturn
If yousetthisswitchOFF,a separatecarriage-return codeisrequiredfrom
yourcomputerto returnto the left margin.
If you set this switchON,theprinterperformsboth a carnagereturnand
line feed each time it receivesa line-feedcode.
Tear-Offfunction
You can selectthe Tear Off functionwiththis switchON.
Whenusingfanfoldpaper,theTearOfffunctionallowsyouto tearoffone
sheetof paper withoutfully advancingthe followingsheet.
Skip-over-perforation
You can selectthe Skip-over-perforation w ith this switchON.
It is recommendedto skipcloseto theperforationof fanfoldformsto get
goodprint quality.
If youcannotsetthisfunctionwithyoursoftware,setthisswitchON.The
printerautomaticallyskipsthe perforations.
Pagelength
You can set a differentpagelengthto accommodate yourpapr withthis
switch.
