9. Nowclosethetractorcovers, againmakingsurethatthepaperholesare
alignedwiththepinsonthetractorunits.Iftheyarenotalignedproperly,
you willhaveproblemswithpaperfeeding,possiblyresultingin tearing
andjammingof the paper.
10.Turnonthepowerusingtheswitchlocatedatthefrontoftheprinter.The
printer will beep, indicatingthat the paper is not yet filly loaded,The
"PAPER OUT'
messagewill also flashto confh-mthis.

13.Close the rear cover and the transparentpart of the front cover, then
mountthepaperguidein thehorizontalpositionshownin Figure4-5, so
that it will separatethe printedfrom the unprintedpaper.
