MAINTENANCE
2. Brake fluid level always should be above
the 'LOWER' mark (B) provided on the master
cylinder when the master cylinder is parallel to the
ground.
3. If the brake fluid level is below the mark or while
applying brake if you feel the brake is more spongy
or ineffective due to air entry, contact TVS Motor
Company Authorised Distributor or Dealer /
Authorised Service Center for topping-up the
brake fluid, air bleeding and other brake related
inspections.

Note
Check the brake fluid level only when the master
cylinder is parallel to the ground.
Rear brake
You can observe a master cylinder (1) mounted on the
right side rider foot rest, a reservoir (2) below the
cover frame R, a caliper assembly (3) fitted on the rear
wheel axle along with wheel speed sensor (4), a disc
(5) and toner ring (6) to the rear wheel. Two high
pressure hoses connecting the master cylinder to
HECU and HECU to the caliper.
