KNOW YOUR TVS APACHE RTR 200 Fi4V with ABS
TOOL KIT
To assist you in performing certain aspects of periodic
maintenance and emergency repairs, a tool kit is
supplied along with the vehicle.
Tool kit is located under the passenger seat. To
access the tool kit, remove the passenger seat as
explained in page no. 28.
Tool kit consists of one number each of the following.
1. Grip driver
2. Bit (+) (-)
3. 10 x 12 open end spanner
4. 14 x 17 open end spanner
5. 16 box spanner
6. Tool bag

Warning
Do not remove the tool kit from the vehicle. Always
ensure to keep them along with the vehicle.
Note
Keep the tool kit only in the designated location locked
with band to avoid falling-off or creating noise
Caution
It is recommended to use the tool kit in case of any
emergency only. It is always advisable to take your
vehicle to TVS Motor Company Authorised Distributor
or Dealer / Authorised Service Center.
COVER FRAME R
Removal
Cover frame R is provided to access the battery and
rear disc brake master cylinder. This cover can be
opened in the following manner:
1. Remove the seats as explained in Page no. 28.
2. Remove the mounting screws (1), (2), (3) and take
out the cover frame.
