18. Alpha numeric display (Side stand warning)
If side stand is ON,
then speedometer will scroll
'SIDE STAND ON' in display.
Note
The vehicle will start in side stand in neutral gear but it
will not in other gears. The vehicle will also 'switch off'
if the side stand is ON and gear is changed from
neutral to gear.
Incase of any errors in side stand switch, then
speedometer will scroll 'CHECK SIDE STAND' in
display.
In the event of any unfortunate accident, if the side
stand / side stand switch has been damaged, the
signal can be bypassed by disconnecting the side
stand switch coupler. Upon detection of Side stand
switch, vehicle start function is enabled in all the gears
and not switched off when changed from neutral to
gear. It is customer responsibility to verify the position
of side stand manually until it is fixed.
MODE AND SET BUTTONS
Sequence of mode is as follows:
1. ODO
2.Trip 1
3. Trip 2
4. Lap timer
5. High Speed
6. Shortest time mode
A
ABS
The mode (A) and set (B) buttons are provided to
change the mode between 'ODO', 'TRIP 1', 'TRIP 2',
'LAP timer', 'HIGH SPEED', 'SHORTEST TIME' and to
set the MPH, CLOCK, GEAR SHIFT RPM etc.
Setting the digital display
Every press of the mode button changes the display to
other mode. Follow the below procedures to change
the display to desired mode.
