MONITORING COMMUNICATION: ICO MONITORING

Engine speed is continuosly monitored by EMS ECU. Whenever the engine speed goes above the
maximum threshold , injection driver stages gets disconnected in EMS ECU
NORMAL OPERATION

Ignition ON

The engine speed is less than or equal to the maximum
engine speed in injection cut off monitoring
DTC DETECTING CONDITIONS

Ignition ON

EMS ECU supply voltage 8-16V

The engine speed exceeds the threshold speed in Injection
cut off monitoring and injection driver stage gets
disconnected
DTC REACTIONS

Engine check lamp continuously ON.

EMS ECU Switches OFF
HEALING CONDITION

Ignition Off/On
