STARTER RELAY
Starter relay is energized by EMS ECU during ignition start and start stop start. Starter controls the
starter motor
NORMAL OPERATION

Ignition ON

No malfunction detected by EMS ECU in the control circuit of
starter relay
DTC DETECTING CONDITIONS

Ignition ON

EMS ECU supply voltage 8-16V

Open circuit is detected in in the control circuit of starter relay
DTC REACTIONS

Engine will not start

Engine check lamp ON continuosly
HEALING CONDITION

Ignition Off/On
