INJECTOR IQA MONITORING

IQA monitoring monitors the missing or faulty programming of individual IQA values and registers an
error if it is missing or faulty
NORMAL OPERATION

Ignition ON

ECU monitors the checksum of cylinder 1 IQA code and is
within the range
DTC DETECTING CONDITIONS

Ignition ON

EMS ECU supply voltage 8-16V

No cylinder 1 IQA code read by EEPROM

The checksum of cylinder 1 IQA code is not correct
DTC REACTIONS

Engine check lamp continuously ON.

Cylinder 1 injector adjustment will not happen
HEALING CONDITION

Ignition Off/On

