Scanning Does Not Start
Check the following points

Are the documents set on the hopper correctly? (page 176)

Is the ADF closed properly? (page 176)
●
Is the interface cable connected correctly? (page 176)
Is the connector on the interface cable broken? (page 176)

If the problem persists, check the items in
first, then contact the distributor/dealer where you purchased this product. Refer to the contact
information in the Contact List or the Contact for Inquiries section in Safety Precautions bundled with this
product and make an inquiry.

Solution
Reload the documents on the hopper.

Is the ADF closed properly?
Solution
Remove documents from the hopper, then open and close the ADF.

Is the interface cable connected correctly?
Solution
Connect the interface cable correctly.
