Performing the Pre-Read Run
Select the Instrument tab.
1.
Accept the default value for sample volume.

Select File > Save As, type Plus/Minus Pre-

Read for the plus/minus plate document, then
click Save.
(Optional) If you want to use this plate setup
again, you can save it as a template. Select File >
Save As, type a File Name, then select Save As
type: (*.sdt).
