Let's assume that we've loaded our samples properly and we're ready to start a run.
To start, then stop a run :
Step Action
1 From the Main menu press F1 (Run).
The Stored Methods screen appears.
Methods
test01
Start
F1
Since we have only one method ("test01"), it's already highlighted (selected).
2 Press F1 (Start).
The Select Method Options screen appears.
Enter a value from 5 to 100 µL
Start

3 Change the reaction volume to 40, then press F1 (Start).
The Run Time screen appears.
