TT-3000E mini-C GMDSS System
The TT-3616C is capable of sourcing power for two AP5042
Inmarsat-C Alarm Panels, thus it is possible to add a second
AP5042 sourced directly from the TT-3616C, provided:
•
It is connected to TT-3616C using a wire length of less
than 5 meters.
•
The wire is NOT terminated at the AP5042.
•
No TT-3042C is connected at J903 and +9V and GND for
the extra alarm panel is taken from J903.
It might be necessary to join the three Data+ signals as well as
the three Data- signals externally (within centimeters from
J302) as the resulting wire cross section might be too thick for
J302.
