Configuring messages

You can configure the message types. The associated data can be found in the database as
follows:
Name of the message type Y10|M40|A10|Y10M40N00005
Name of the message class Y10|M40|A10|Y10M40N00015
Abbreviation for group display Y10|M40|A10|Y10M40N00016
In addition, five new attributes are available for messages. These are available at the "B05 @
Y Messages" object on the "Automation Interface" tab:
● Single acknowledgement
● Trigger action
● Batch ID
● OS area
● With acknowledgment
Procedure
1. Click the "Configure message system" button in the type configurator
2. Edit the data in the table
You can edit several cells of a column simultaneously by using multiple selection
Data transfer
The "Message classes" check box has been added to the data transfer dialog.
The message classes are displayed and also transferred after the check box has been
activated.
